Sangay is a policy specialist with a master’s degree in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has five years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, policy design, stakeholder mapping and community engagement. She currently works as an Analyst with DHI’s InnoTech Department where she is sharpening her familiarity with technology and finding ways to align education with and enhance learning through the opportunities made possible by technological advancements. In the past, Sangay has worked as a Policy Consultant for the Ministry of Education and Training in Eswatini, focusing on strengthening their distance education program. She also worked as a Researcher at The Royal Academy in Bhutan where she focused on developing assessment strategies and pedagogical approaches.
